Kassandra R. Morfin

Kassandra R. Morfin is well versed in all areas of family law, including premarital and postmarital agreements, parentage cases, maintenance, child support, and disposition of assets. Kassandra is experienced in domestic violence matters, real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters involving decedent’s estates, disabled adults, and minors. Kassandra strives to create an attorney-client relationship focused on communication, trust, and achieving common goals.
Kassandra has been appointed to serve a second term on the Illinois State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Council for the 2024-2025 year, and was recently elected as YLD’s American Bar Association Delegate for the same term. Kassandra is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association's Symphony Orchestra (Violin II).
While in law school, Kassandra founded and served as president of the First Generation Law Student Association, and she served as President of the Children and Family Law Society. She also participated in the law school’s Family Law and Domestic Violence Legal Clinic and Veterans Legal Support Center and Clinic, and she interned at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic at the Harrison Street Courthouse.
